William F. Mueller chairs the firm’s civil litigation department and practices environmental litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His practice has specialized for the last 30 years in asbestos and toxic tort claims, along with environmental Spill Act claims. Mr. Mueller coordinated discovery and was National Trial Counsel for six years for a large asbestos gasket distributor. His practice also includes insurance coverage claims and general litigation, inclusive of construction, product liability and professional malpractice actions. Mr. Mueller is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and has been named a “Super Lawyer” - top 5% in the State- in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010.
